African Flower Egg – Video tutorial in English, Italian and French

In this tutorial I want to give you a little inspiration for Easter crafts. I know that you are already at work for handmade gifts to decorate parties or to make small gifts for a friend or grandchildren. And here’s another simple creative idea: let’s see together how to make Easter eggs with African flowers. In the tutorial I used abbreviations in English (black), Italian (red) and French (blue). The abbreviations used by me in the video tutorial can be found here.

Pentagon with central flower x2

  • Yellow : 1. 5sc in DMR
  • 2. 5inc-hdc = 10
  • 3. BLO: (2inc-hdc, 1ch)x 5
  • 4. 4slst, 3ch, 6dc, (7dc in the arch of 1ch)x 4
  • Cyclam: 5. (7sc, 1long sc)x 5
  • 6. 3sc, (1sc, 1ch, 1sc), [7sc, (1sc, 1ch, 1sc)]x 4

Central flower:

  • Cyclam: 1. FLO at row n° 3 = 10inc, 1slst in the first front loop
  • 2. (3ch, skip 1st, 1slst)x 5
  • 3. [(7hdc, 1slst)-in the arch of 3ch]x 5

  • Yellow: 1. (2dc, 1ch)x 5 in DMR
